How do I quickly check athletes in using a QR code?
You can open the QR code directly from the training card on the academy home screen by tapping QR code for check-in.
Open the Training QR.
Step 1:

Open the training details and tap QR code for check-in.
Or open the Training QR from the training details screen.
Step 2:
They can scan it with their phone to check in to the training.
Display the QR code to athletes at the academy.
Show the QR code to athletes.
Step 3:
The same QR check-in logic also works for academy-created Open Mats and Events. Each one has its own QR code for participant check-in.
Important note: To scan the Training QR, athletes need to install the Ujitsu app and add the academy’s training to their schedule first.
