This allows you to show your academy’s current training schedule on a screen at the academy, so athletes can easily see upcoming classes and check-in details.
Each academy on UJITSU has a public schedule that can be opened in a browser and displayed on a TV, tablet, phone, or computer.

How do I display my academy schedule on a TV, tablet, phone, or computer?
Open your academy profile and find the @username shown at the top of the screen.
Find your academy username.

Add your academy username to the end of the link.
Use the following link format:
Create your schedule link.
Step 2:
You can open it on a TV, tablet, phone, or computer.
Open your schedule link on the device you want to use.
Open the link in a browser.

Athletes will be able to see the current training schedule and check-in QR code directly on the screen.
Use this link as a live schedule screen at your academy.
Display the schedule at your academy.
If a training is not showing on the public schedule, check that it was created correctly and added to your academy schedule.
Important note: Your public schedule is built from the trainings you create in your academy account.
