Tap the menu → Select the menu icon (three dots) in the top right corner of your profile.

Select "Register an academy" → From the dropdown menu, choose "Register an academy".

Open your profile → Go to the "Me" section in the UJITSU app.

Fill in the following information:

Important: Your academy username is permanent. Choose carefully.

Step 3: Add Your Academy Description

Write a description of what your academy offers. Mention:

Step 4: Add Public Contact Details

Provide contact information that will be shown on your academy profile:

Enter the complete address of your academy location so athletes can find you:

Step 6: Upload Your Verification Document

Upload a document confirming that you are the owner or an official representative of the academy. This can be a license or any other official document that confirms your connection to the academy.

Important: This step is required for verification. Make sure the document is clear and readable.

Step 7: Add Additional Information (Optional)

You can also add any extra details you would like to share with the UJITSU team.

Step 8: Submit your academy for verification

After all required fields are completed, tap "Register a new academy".
Your academy will be sent for review. After verification, your academy profile will become visible to athletes in the app.

Your academy submission goes to the UJITSU verification team for review (2-5 business days). You'll receive an email notification with the result. Once approved, your academy profile becomes visible to all athletes on UJITSU.
