You can share them with athletes so they can quickly open your academy profile and send a membership request. Once you approve the request, the athlete will appear in your academy’s members list.

How do I invite athletes to join my academy on Ujitsu?
Go to your Academy’s profile and tap the QR button next to Edit profile.
Open your academy QR code.
Step 1:

Show the QR code to athletes so they can scan it, or tap Share profile to send your academy profile link.
Share your academy QR code or profile link.
Step 2:
After scanning the QR code or opening the profile link, the athlete lands on your academy profile page.
The athlete opens your academy profile.
Step 3:
The athlete taps the ••• button on your academy profile and selects Send a membership request.
The athlete sends a membership request.
Step 4:
Once you approve the request, the athlete will join your academy’s members list.
Approve the membership request.
Step 5:
Sharing your academy QR code or profile link makes it easier for athletes to find your academy and request membership.
Important note: Athletes can join your academy only after they send a membership request and the academy approves it.
