Once created, the open mat will be added to your academy schedule and will be visible to athletes.

An open mat is created in a similar way to a regular training session. Instead of selecting Training, choose Open mat, then add the open mat details such as name, date and time, duration, repeats, group, and level.

You can create an open mat from your academy account on Ujitsu.

On your academy home screen, tap the Create button.

This will open the new activity form.

In the create menu, tap Open mat.

Select Open mat.

Step 2:

Then select the group and level.

You can also use Repeats if this open mat should happen regularly.

Enter the open mat name, date and time, and duration.

Add the open mat details.

Step 3:

The open mat will be created and added to your academy schedule.

After all required fields are filled in, tap Create training.

Create the open mat.

Step 4:

If you want the open mat to appear regularly in your schedule, set the repeat option in the Repeats field.

Important note: Open mats are created from the same flow as trainings, but you need to select Open mat instead of Training.
