Events can be used for seminars, special classes, workshops, camps, competitions, gradings, or other academy activities. When creating an event, you can add the event name, cover, type, date and time, duration, description, coach, guest, fees, requirements, contacts, location, group, level, and Gi or No-Gi format.
You can create an event from your academy account on UJITSU.

On your academy home screen, tap the Create button.
Open the create menu.

Select Event.
This will open the New event form.
In the create menu, tap Event.
Step 3:
Add the main event details.
Upload a cover image, enter the event name, choose the event type, and set the date, time, and duration.
Step 4:
Add the event description.
You can include what will happen during the event, who it is for, and any important information athletes should know before joining.
Write the event details so athletes understand what the event is about.
Step 5:
Add a coach or guest.
You can also add a guest, such as a visiting instructor, seminar guest, or special athlete.
Select a coach for the event if needed.
Step 6:
Set fees and requirements.
You can also add requirements such as minimum age, minimum weight, or belt level.
If the event is paid, tap Edit fees and add the event fee.
Step 7:
Add contacts and location.
Then check the Place section and make sure the event location is correct.
Add the phone number and website for the event if needed.
Step 8:
Choose group, level, and Gi format.
This helps athletes understand whether the event is suitable for them.
Select the group, level, and Gi or No-Gi format for the event.
Step 9:
Create the event.
Your event will be created and shown on your academy profile.
After all required information is added, tap New event.
Add clear event details, requirements, contacts, and location so athletes can understand the event and decide whether they want to join.
Important note: Events are created from the academy account. Make sure you are switched to your academy profile before creating an event.
