The admins list shows everyone who has management access to your academy. Admins are grouped by role: Owner, Admin, and Moderator. Each role can include more than one person, and you can add or remove admins at any time.
You can add and manage academy admins from your academy account.

How do I confirm an athlete’s belt promotion request?
Tap Requests to open it.
If you have a new belt promotion request, you’ll see it in Requests on the home screen.
Open Requests.
Step 1:
Step-by-Step Guide
Check the athlete’s name, belt or stripe, and promotion date.
Go to Incoming and select Belts to view the request.
Open belt requests.
Step 2:
Tap Decline if you didn’t give the promotion or if the information is incorrect.
Tap Confirm if you gave the athlete this promotion.
Confirm or decline the request.
Step 3:
The athlete’s profile will also show who awarded the promotion and when it was given.
Important note: Once you confirm the request, the promotion will be marked as Verified on the athlete’s profile.
